ASA Mgt. Question?

Wasn't BL in charge of the ramp and gate operations a few years ago? I remember him coming into our class and telling us this.

Point - The ramp was really really really bad a few years ago. The ramp has gotten better over the last year or so since I think they put someone else in charge.

If this is true and he is running ASA it is really something to think about. Do you think SWA knew this before putting him in charge.

In (almost exactly) one year he went from VP or ground ops to pres of the company. And yes the ramp is much better since he left.
