But if you look on route maps on CrewTrac, it will show 700's flying out of LAX. That is undeniable, I may be an idiot, but I think I know the difference between a 200, and a 700 as it reads on the screen.

well, from an old resume i submitted to ASA they called me last week. I am in a Saab slide over training at mesaba....a sinking ship.....so when i got a call from an old retired ASA pilot i was interested in seeing what he had to say. he said he was doing telephone interviews to pre-sellect those who qualify for a future real interview when the time is right for hiring, so my question is, would it be worth it....if they are losing those SLC planes? who knows.

I know mesaba is losing a huge amount of pilot, and are using check airmen as FO's.....those idiots just furloughed.....so i would entertain going to ASA

So the question is, do you want to be a well paid professional pilot, with little growth, or a bottom feeding scumbag who can upgrade in six months? Me I want the money. Just think, if these guys in England had been successful in thier plans and blown up a couple of planes the airline freeze would be on again and all movement stopped. For my part when the music stops again, which it will, I want to know that the contract we have is substantial. Let Skywest have the bigger airplanes who cares. When the music stops again and they have no union they will be flying 737's for brazillia pay.
