Hey there,

Could anyone at ASA that was LAX based or knows anything about the LAX flying you guys did send me a quick PM... Just a few questions to ask you guys. Thanks.

Let me guess, you are Expressjet and you thought you might be able to use some ASA guys parking pass since he obviously wont be "needing it" anymore?

Even better, some unfortunate ASA FO, who paid a hefty deposit on a apartment with a large lease termination penalty and you thought you could "help out" by paying half the rent, so at least they aren't losing all that money for nothing while relocating to Atlanta...

Or even better, the ASA guy who moved his entire family to DFW then to SLC and finally to LAX and you though you might be able to come over and "console" his wife while he is dealing with horrendous 4 day lines and a crappy commute..???

Am I getting close?

No, grow up. I'm not sure how any of this is my fault.

Yikes, I feel your guys' plight :( I know you said you left already, but still.

It is just a touchy subject for the ASA guys. The company keeps screwing us over and over...now they close yet another base (LAX). No offense to you or any of the other ExpressJet guys. You guys stood your ground and got a good contract.

You gotta admit, it is somewhat in bad form to be badgering ASA guys with questions about the flying we do out there. Your company will give you all the information you need to fly out there when the time comes. I know you guys aren't trying to sound giddy, but it really comes off that way.

No problem with Express people, just bad form. Did you PM any Chitaco folks with all the in's and out's of your Houston operation? It's ok move along nothing to see here, next.

Can't you just agree to blame CHQ for the whole thing? If they never would've infested COEX, XJT never would've had to find new homes for 69 jets including the 10 that are going to LAX. I think it's retarded that XJT is flying for DAL (who does nothing but screw over their regional workers), but when you're desperate, you've gotta do what you've gotta do.
