Have you seen this crap?
Most of the CR10 lines out of ATL have 4-5 legs a day. If you're not fatigued after the first 2 days of a 4-day, then you need to go work for Mesa. The 33 hour overnight in Havana is the only good thing I see.
And the CR9 drivers in SLC? Oh man, I fell sorry for you. Nothing but a craptacular clusterfukc of 4 days.
Lynn Jackson told us in recurrent ground that the lines would get better in June. Now I'm wondering if I can believe anything she says.

Boy, I wonder what would happen to you guys if you got 8 and 9 leg days in a plane that has zero levels of automation....

Tram, I have been with ASA for 5 years and it is always the same. People complaining over whatever. I just bid 5 lines and get one of the top 3. It will never change with the regionals. The new bees will learn that too. I just laugh and get what I want.

Yeaaahh...I'm pretty sure your tune will change now that you've gotten your upgrade award. Of course, you're one of the guys who likes to pick up open time and volunteer for extensions, so you'll probably be fine with reserve. Just remember, when you're on reserve, it's not an "extension" or a "junior-man" and it's not time and a half. Enjoy your last two months in the right seat.

Also, it's "newbie", not "new bee".

2011 Flight Bag Sticker.... "9 Years Is Long Enough"

On the upside, glad to see we're still around in 2011, but hope I'm not.

A friend of mine still gets the CMR email from the CP. They also put out some crap about "you deserve a better line" yada, yada, yada. Lines will always suck when you have 10 carriers each with one frequency to a city pair.:uzi:

Thanks for that, I appreciate it. It was a difficult choice to make, whether to take the upgrade or not. I chose to take it due to getting my 1000 pic hours and getting out. Do we have a choice, always in life we do. United will start hiring sometime this year and I want to go there. The longer they wait the more pic time I get to try and get on with them. Yes, it is Newbie, I was trying to make a point. I guess that no one can take anytype of joke. You will still never see me complain on here about schedules, Scott Hall. I was trying to make a point that every month people complain about the schedules or something else. If they hate the company or their job, GET OUT. The job is awesom as always yes, the company isn't the best, but at least we're not Mesa.
Have a great day.
