ASA interview

just wondering how any of you poolies out there in ASA's pool got your interviews. Do you have to know someone at ASA to get hired? My app has been in about 2 months and ive got almost 5k hours and plenty of jet and turboprop time. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

When I interviewed, myself and I believe 1 other out of 6 had recommendations from someone at asa. The others just sent their stuff in like you. Good luck!
