See, that was the explanation I was looking for, was the passport a reg thing or an ASA thing, instead I get attitude. Thank you politely explaining it.

I wasn't trying to be negative or put down ASA just stating what I felt was inappropriate behavior by an ASA employee to a potential employee. I think you are going to find griping in almost any crew room so it isn't a prereq to work there, but I hope being an ass isn't either.

Dude, I was nice until now, but you just crossed the line. Your attitide sucks, and you won't be hired at any airline until you lose that chip on your shoulder.

You have a lot of nerve to beg for a job by applying to my company, then turn around and badmouth us. If you want an airline job, then shut up and play the interview game. They can ask you anything they want as long as it's not a violation of the law. You have the choice to play along or seek employment elsewhere. Apparently you've made your choice. Now go apply at Lakes or Chautauqua and quit bashing ASA for being smart enough to shoot you down for an interview!

And another thing...

You need to be more careful what you say on the internet just because you think you're anonymous. You're not. You also don't know who's on here.

In case you haven't figured it out yet, I'm pretty well connected at ASA. I also have a lot of respect for Captain (Ellis) Skoglund. She's been doing interviews for quite some time and has hired mostly quality people.

I have just sent an email to Julie with your name, asking her to be sure you never get hired at ASA.

Good luck in your career.

PS... your Avatar is very appropriate.

I was going to do that and elaborate on the color blindness part, should have narrowed it down to who he was, but you took care of it. Thanks.

Should suck for him as we are hiring 50 a month starting next month for sometime to come. With his experience and attitude he shouldn't have any problem getting a job.
