I was wondering if anyone else was doing this. I always call in sick if I get
integrated. Enjoy your days off!

Maybe so, but I dont think it is to wise to confess things like this on a national message board. Your choice though.

You are sooooooooo fired

what can they do to you----say you are not sick???? yeah they have a lawsuit for that already!!!!

MGT at ASA called an employees doctor and ask why they were at the doctors and if it was FMLA----NOW these people are running the company, and do not know the laws..

Skywest is going to end that crap from this great mgt. team we have that only plays cublicle wars--and stabbing each other in the back to save their jobs---FIRE them ALL SKYWEST

Why thank you, I am enjoying my time at home. Everyone I know got integrated this month and all are calling in sick. Hopefully they have to cancel some flights and answer to Delta on why they have staffing shortages on the first three days of the month. Uncle Rico, didn't your Momma ever tell you if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all? Insulting someone because they are fed up with abuse is trully moronic!

I dunno about sick calls, but I've always wondered why it takes 80% to 90% of our seniority list to make it through integration every month. Worse, wait until we get a little ice. If we cancel all of our flights for two days crew scheduling wants the entire seniority list at the airport with no hope of release until they time out.

"Yeah, we got nothing for you now, call us back in 30 minutes...."

Integration is a necessary evil to blend the monthly schedules together. However, scheduling has a way of getting nasty with it. It used to be a minimum problem every month and now it is hitting almost everyone.

No.................they are not! My last airline did NOT have them, nor do many Regional and Mainline airlines!!!! If one airline can get by without, then they all can ----- and ASA can! Build the lines properly, staff properly!

I couldn't get that lucky, but they can sure try it!

That would be a great day in front of the judge. I might end up owning a
few POS RJs.
