What source is used about United, purchasing the FLYI gates?

I just spent a bit of time in the FAA registry and could find no evidence that SkyWest has an aircraft with the registration number 711SW. The airplane obvioulsy exists but I don't see the connection to SkyWest. If it was used to transport SKYW managment it was probably a charter. Maybe it's cheaper to charter than to use a RJ.

Next thing you guys will be talking about black helicopters and chemtrails.
