I haven't seen many of you guys coming over to the crew room. Please feel free to come on over if you have some time and relax.

We have wireless internet for your laptop and a popcorn machine in the kitchen area.

Come sit and complain with us!!!!

Wireless internet? Popcorn machine? Wow, sounds like heaven.

At least the ATL crew lounge has leather chairs... we DFW folks got nothing in our "crew room", if you can even call it that.

Wow, that's awesome! In DFW our TV only seems to get Jerry Springer and is regularly hijacked by the rampers. Feel the love! Thanks for the invite.

Umm, those are genuine Corinthian Leather.

The ancient Corinth was filled with Greeks, Romans, Syrians, Egyptians, and Jews, many of the last having lately come from Rome on account of their expulsion by Claudius; and its streets were thronged by tens of thousands of slaves.

OMG, I'm beginning to see the "Big Picture" now. Don't look...

Well, considering most of our lines now have 4 hour breaks in CVG, we will certainly mosey on over, even though we found out yesterday it takes numerous escaltors and buses to get there!!

Yes, it is quite the "commute" from the A concourse to the trailer park. Sometimes, there is a Comair crew van that goes directly from A to the double-wide.

If the van was running where would I find it? Is it the same type van as those that run between the concourses?
Thanks

The easiest way to find us is from Terminal C.. Go to gate 5, punch in the code, and wait with the rest of the cattle. The bus runs every few minutes and takes you to the lounge.

Make sure you get on the bus that says Term 1 and not long term.. You don't want to end up in the parking lot.

Whatever you do don't take the long escalator route...you'll end up walking three terminals only to find a gate you'll need a CVG ID to get through..(NO EXCEPTIONS)

I think taking the passenger bus from "A" to "C" then going to the #5 doorway(just ask a gate agent to let you through or get the doorcode if possible or ask a Comair guy thats goin in the same direction)then as chperplt says "don't get on the long term bus"... we have a sleep room, 2 tv's with full cable, a few leather chairs, internet, popcorn, kitchen ,etc....

getting back to "A" is much easier....there is a Delta employee bus that goes straight to A and B...it usually makes a stop at both sometimes direct if your the only passengers...5 minutes tops..

ps.. if you can find out how to get from your gates to the employee bus at "A" you can get directly to the trailer....maybe rampers or gate agents know how...

Sorry to dissapoint, ours isn't any better...all it seems to get is Fox "News".

I guess that's fitting for our operations, which is basically a trailer park.

The above notwithstanding, welcome to Cincinnati. I hope we have the opportunity to extend the same courtesy and professionalism you folks have shown us in Atlanta.

Yeah, Fox News seems to be on continually, but we have this cool thing called a "remote" and we have a bazillion channels to chose from (channel 63 - comedy central - I've sat ready reserve way too many times!) Change the channel sometimes when you're killing a few hours in the trailerpark. No one will care, believe me. I'm sure hope they're watching football right now!

So come on over and partake in the trailerpark festivities! Like previously mentioned, we gots us a popcorn machine, vending machines, a fridge with really old fuzzy food, showers in our bathrooms (!), a coffee maker and wireless internet! Still lookin' for that pool table...

ATR guys were here all the time! I think the Delta Employee bus runs from A to B to Trailerpark. You pick it up outside of the Flight Station on the west side of Terminal A...I think. Ask the van driver if he goes to the Trailerpark (or terminal 1).

Or you can take the bus from A to C (the passenger shuttle) and then go to gate C5 and take our employee shuttle to the trailerpark (make sure you don't get on long term parking bus...)

hope to see you in the trailerpark soon!:D

...coffee maker... popcorn machine... bazillion channels W/ remote... wireless internet... That sounds a lot better than my house! I will come say hello.
