Heres an idea, treat us like professionals, respect our skills and settle a contract like professionals. Maybe this will create some pride amoung ASA pilots instead of constantly trying to beat us down.

ASA pilots, lets here your 2 cents!!

Everyone comment so when they read this they can see just how many of us are really tired of this.

I'm either lost, having a blond moment, or missed something.

What does any of this have anything to do with FLICA? Your title read "ASA Flica Professional Appearance.....". What is it exactly that you're trying to accomplish? Yes, we'll all sick of the stall tactics of the management group and are also wondering why.....however, as pilots, we should all maintain a professional attitude and appearance, regardless of what is happening in the company. We owe that to our customers, the paying passengers who supply us with a paycheck every two weeks.

Yes, we all want management to "treat us like professionals, respect our skills and settle a contract like professionals." Like I said, I must have missed something.

The newest memo from Skip found on FLICA is about personal apperance.
The part I find really funny is that he calls us a team. I thought a team worked together towards a common goal, helping each other out along the way. Maybe I'm missing something here................

I am noticing how some baseball players are wearing there hats cocked to the side a few inches from straight on. They are professionals, and they are wearing a uniform playing in front of thounsands in person and millions on TV and yet they seem to think this is okay. So i think all us pilots should start wearing our hats cocked to the side a bit. this is wave of style you cant turn your back from.
holla back

My apologizes. I found it. What a crock.
