Hey Gang-

Could someone please email me a scanned copy of the CRJ checklist? I have a 61.58 recurrent for a challenger 850 job (the corporate version of the CRJ) and I would like a checklist to take into the sim. I know I will get a mountain of books at FSI, but their checklists stink.

Cheers- Rum

You fly the CRJ but are unwilling to help a former ASA pilot out and instead post a stupid comment? Guess I made a mistake thinking I might get a professional response on the "Regional" board. Enjoy your 65 bucks or whatever an hour at the end of a whipsaw.

Why does it have to be an ASA checklist specifically? Why not Air Wisconsin, Comair, PSA, Skywest, or Chataqua? Your request is suspect at least, most likely disingenuous, and you almost certainly have some use for the ASA specific checklist that has absolutely nothing to do with a 61.58 checkride.

I also signed you up for some porn. Gay "man on pig" porn. Enjoy your new hobby, Abdullah.

Ok, back to retirement....

RR:

I'm sure with comments regarding the "regional"-ness of the board, people will go out of their way to help you, ex-ASA guy or not (emphasis on the ex). Maybe you [and your ego] will have better luck on the "corporate" boards, where I think the professionalism is much higher [sic]..

The checklist is an FAA controlled document. I'll send your email address to TSA and see if they would like to give you one. Cheers!

I'm on the 700, I'm guessing he wants the 200. If he doesn't come up with one, and nobody else does it for him, I'll gladly get him a checklist. Professional response? This isn't AirlinePilotCentral man, this is FI! Besides, he wants the porn, I know he does.

While perhaps pretty stupid to ask for this kind of thing on FI where half this thread prob reported him to homeland security because their panties are in a wad, my guess is that he wants it because he's familiar with it and has used it in the past and is comfortable with the ASA version.

rumrnr, why don't you just ask some of your contacts/friends from ASA..surely you must have kept in touch with some.

I just asked a simple request. I flew at ASA (great folks) and am comfortable with the checklist.
I am sorry for coming off snippy or snotty. It was a kneejerk response to Smacktard.

Anyway, I know from experience (I just did the CL-30 at FSI) that the 61.58 there is not that big of a deal. However, because of the training I received at ASA (it rocked) I treat all training events like a job check.

As some may not know my employer cut the department in half and let 19 pilots go. My last day is November 14th and I am trying to get my ducks in a row so to speak. Nothing insidious planned.

Cheers- Rum

Sorry, checklists are now considered a company controlled, security sensitive document...

good luck with your request
