And you guys were whining when SkyWest took some of your planes? I didn't see them posting the routes they were going to fly, that used to be ASA routes, but you feel the need to do it.

Congrats, you are worse then they are.

Idont think his intent to rub it in. This is a board of information, among other things. He is just posting the information so people see whats going on.
I understand people being touchy about it, and I feel for my friends at Comair, although I hear they have hiring and upgrades coming up, if not only for attrition.

Whatever...how do you explain the big rotating smiley face next to the post? Oh, that must be for informational purposes.

All of my flight Instructors who helped me get my ratings work at Comair, and I am working for ASA. I rather not have those 70 seaters. But that decision is not in pilot group's hand. If you were to call us a bottom feeder because you are angry, think about it we have been for past four years and we are still fighting for a fair contract (better than Mesa and Chautauqua's or even Skywest's). If you really want to be angry give our and Delta's Managment a call who made that decision.

Atleast someone get's it!!! I wasn't trying to rub it in. I was simply posting info that others are not Avail to see. Im a pilot, I fly the airplane it's up to Mang. to decide what kind of airplane it is and where we get it from. Sure it sucks for some and others benefit.

I dont know why everyone on this board thinks everyone is always out to attack someone or to laugh at others problems.

So when ASA takes flying away from others its management fault and not the pilots. But when Skywest does the flying its the damn pilots who took it. Read you loud and clear.

thats only the view of the ALPA "goons" here. The rest of us know that NONE OF US has ANY control over who gets what planes or flies what routes.

We are still fighting for fair contract(different pay rates) and not flying 50,70 and 90 seater for same pay rate, like Mesa and Skywest. Oh and Chautauqua FO's.

I think a lot of pilots are starting to "get it". To often, you read to many posts about pilots stealing other pilots flying. Management has always been the ones driving the wages down at the regionals (and now at the majors). We as pilots have never had control over the direction that our company moves in. All we can do is fight for a fair and livable wage that doesn't disrespect the sacrifice that we made in our career choice.

Whats ASA doing in SLC Feb? Are they still moving out?

Sorry buddy, but our block hours are constant in SLC and in some cases increased. We're not going anywhere!

We closed our base but all that's changed now is that there is more deadheading to cover the flights.

Closing the SLC base will probably go down as one of the biggest strokes of genious in aviation history...NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well since im all about posting info!!! And I want to be fair.:smash:

Feb SLC CR7 And CR2 cities are:

BOI,DFW,IAH,LAS,LAX,MKE,MSP,OAK,PDX,RNO,SFO,SJD,
STL,TUL,XNA

Thats my Signature you dumb a** I do that on all my posts!

Well a signature predominately comes at the closing on ones thoughts not at the beginning. When someone injects something prior to the subject its called a heading. Usually when that is an icon it denotes ones "take" or "feeling" on the subject following!

In this case I also felt this was you expressing a certain "giddeness" at the prospect of things. You might want to change that if thats true otherwise calling someone a dumba$$ for thinking otherwise is reflective of your inability to grasp reallity. :D
