All this bull crap is one of the reason I want Skywest to buy us out get out of this crappy mentality that is going on with this Airline. Atleast I wouldn't mind sitting reserve in Utah mountains or California. But sitting reserve in ATL just $uck$. After what you said TIM47SIP. I am never ever going to get off of reserve or even off the ATR until they go away. But I guess I can hope. Never mind its ASA.

Let's say Delta avoids Chapter 11 and turns the company around. My guess is by the time this happens, our contract should be near the end of negotiations. Here is my personal wishlist.

1. 100% Retro Pay. Maybe this would stop management's BS on future contracts.
2. "Unfronzen" Comair Payscale, at the minimum.
3. Per Diem Increase
4. Duty Rigs
5. Better Retirement Funding.
6. Time and a half for open time. (Comair has it)
7. 11-12 days off minimum per month
8. Commuter Clause
9. NO MORE GRAY AREAS/LOOP HOLES IN THE LANGUAGE
10. Long Call/Short Call Reserve System
11. The Ability to check who and how many are on Reserve on any given day. That way we can know if scheduling is BSing us. (I believe Eagle has this).
12. The ability to choose to fly or not to fly on Reserve, like a priority list.
13. A higher cost of living adjustment on future amendable contract dates.
14. Do away with this DAY FOR DAY SWAP!! At least let us swap if, for example, a day line is higher blocked than a 2 day trip.
15. The ability to sell sick time at the end of the year. Knowing you could have extra Christmas money might be an incentive not to call in sick, even if you're not. After all, we earn these sick hours.

And Finally
16. Total restrucre of Crew Scheduling!!

Over half of these items are quality of life. Let's set a new standard for all regionals with our future contract!

These are apart of the Comair contract now. They should be Basic airline contract 101.

HoursHore, Don't forget that comair pilots Sh!t does not stink either.

Just remember that when you are trashing CMR.

CMR has a lot in thier contract that smells like a major.

Yes the pay feeze is a big deal. But look at the total contract, including such things as hotels for high speeds, duty rigs, 1.5 for open time, etc.

One of my last acts as a CMR pilot was voting no for the LOA. However, the contract they have is livable, esp. for F.O.s If your Air line can say the same, then step up.

I was not debating the comair contract.. I was just letting you and everyone else that reads this comair pilots sh!t does not stink.. nothing more nothing less.

The new contract needs to have retro pay for the next contract so CT knows going in that it will be costly to delay the next contract.
