I sent my resume via email, fax and snail mail on March 15th. Have a freind that works at ASA on the RJ but he didn't walk anything in by the time they called me for the prescreen on Thursday the 19th. They did call him and ask him questions about me. I got the application packet the next Monday (22nd). Sent in all my stuff on Wednesday and am waiting to hear back.
Hope that helps.

;)

I sent my resume by e-mail and USPS. I then proceeded to forget about it until they called for the phone pre-screen, so I have no idea how long it was in between.
I do have friend that works there that wrote a letter for me after the pre-screen, but no one walked my resume in initially.

Good Luck

Did you guys have someone walk in your application?

Nope. Like mkingmei, I had totally forgotten that I had even sent one in to them. I just did it on a whim to see what would happen.

Sweet fellas!

Thanks guys for the info!

Good luck with the interviews and let us know how they go!

By the way is the fax # from Aviationinterviews.com updated 404-763-8397?

Thanks!

JR

I just wonder what do they ask during phone pre-screening?
Please help.. Actually friend of mine @asa walked my resume in..
hopely I get the call too.

They asked stuff like:

1. How much flying have you been doing in the last year, 6 months?
2. What type of equipment are you flying
3. When can you leave to work for ASA
4. Do you have any speeding tickets, DUI's
5. Are you willing to move to Atlanta/Dallas
6. How many flying jobs have you had
7. Are you a CFI/I or MEI

Just basic stuff like that. Nothing technical or in-depth.

Hope you get a call.
