I don't understand why it's so hard to publish a Nov. 20th seniority list. It's just a matter of tweaking the numbers to let us all know what we're getting. No sense in trying to figure it out, I'll just get frustrated...

The CNC and the company are going to meet in Hawaii in Jan for a 4 day session with the mediator to resolve this. Check back in early Feb for "The Word"

If a company can extend negotiations, delay pay raises and slash benefits to the point when most rational beings will leave when will you?

I am leaving, but I will speak for the many who are not. Some people simply have had no offers. There are other whom have decided to stay after aquiring the schedules that allow them to coach little league, softball, football. Sleep in bed with their wives every night and many of the other things that are actually really and truelly LIFE. If money is your driving factor, more power to you and congrats. But don't bash everybody that doesn't share your career goals.

A rep told me December 15th, 1.95% alpa, 40% tax, No 401k, and no official November 20th senority snap shot for total amount. Why no list from the mec I don't know, I guess I will trust my check is correct as it allways is?

Per the ASA Connection email:

Here’s the latest news on our signing bonus: The MEC is working with the company this week as management verifies that the pilot seniority list is accurate as of November 20, and includes every pilot who should be on it – and excludes pilots who should not be. The company is also working to ensure pilot longevity is accurately assessed.

Once all data on the final seniority list is verified, its contents will be made available for pilots to view the calculated value of the payout amount due. Plans are to coincide issuance of the payout check with the December 15 pay check.
