Don't even get me started on RM...what a complete $hit!
As for TS and WD...granted they are senior but do they really better the pilot group and make our lives easier? I like the ideas that come out of there, although the ideas really do originate from the line.
As for the sneak up in YUL...that's another great way to spend DAL $$.
Remember ND had a company funded apt/hotel here in ATL while he was system chief.
If the company really really wanted to save money they could do alot more than they are doing.

FYI
If Nelson had a "Company funded apt/hotel" in ATL he sure wasn't very intelligent---he spent weeknights sleeping on the floor in his office. Common knowledge.

He sure must have stunk after spending a whole week sleeping on the floor with no shower. At least, I haven't heard of showers in the GO.

Flight Safety gym has a shower room.

When I came in to work at 0700, Nelson was often seen walking back to the G/O with "Dopp" kit in hand.

Amazing considering that, since they took our sleep room away to accomodate a few more chief pilots, spending the night in the crew lounge has been against the rules. One more example of the way this company works. Chief pilots get to sleep on company property after the Memphis base gets closed while line pilots have to spring for hotel rooms when the Dallas base shuts down. I hate ASA.

There are two DRs working at ASA since retiring as pilots recently. One does the indoc, the other the intern program. The two are quite different.

This is only partially correct.

The guys who did the flying in the airshow were the Engineering dept.

These guys are sharp, and have earned the seniority first, and have helped to give the ASA training dept. a very good reputation for the RJ. After all, isnt the airline biz about seniority and the perks that come with that? With that said, I do agree that there are a few that fit your statement.

I think you may be referencing on Big mouthed guy who sort of fits your statement, but he his very sharp. He also runs his mouth too much.

I smell BISCUITS!!!!!

Since when? I make it a common practice to sleep in the pilots lounge when I miss the last flight home. If you hate it that bad, leave, maybe then I could hold three days.
