Delta’s new three-times daily service between Atlanta and Hilton Head will be operated using the 66-passenger ATR turboprop aircraft featuring two-by-two all-leather seating. With the expanded service between Atlanta and Myrtle Beach, Delta will offer customers nearly 30 percent more seats between March and September. The airline expects to announce additional flights for the 2007 peak travel season later this winter, further expanding summer capacity for Myrtle Beach customers. The increased service at Myrtle Beach will offer a mix of jet and turboprop aircraft, including the MD-88 aircraft featuring 14 seats in first class and 128 seats in economy.
