Why do they need 11 days to post the award after the bid closes? Does it really take BM that long to figure it all out when it is done by computer?
 
Does anyone know how many CR7FO vacancies they're actually going to have.. They went from 6 to 20 to like 10 in the last projection.

and even then it'll probably be screwed up somehow

Right. 5 minutes after he e-mails out the awards there will be another e-mail titled "Bid Award correction" followed 2 days later by "Bid Award Correction Part II, redux"..
