Okay, I was at the dentist yesterday and there was another ASA pilot was there and we were talking in the waiting room. He said Skippy was in the pilot's lounge the other day and was saying there was a big announcement coming. Maybe this Friday??

Can anyone confirm this or is it more junk? Any shots at what the announcement might be?

Oh no.....not another big Friday announcement.
 
Friday? I thought it was today! But seriuosly, I have a friend that went corporate at NWA and she told me that most of the "big" announcements are stuff like we're switching to a different colour of linen in 1st class. Corporate thinks this is big stuff because a team of 8 has spent the last 4 months "researching" and the rest of us can't figure out why no "big" annoucement was forthcoming! I would not cancel my plans to watch the news.
 
You're probably switching snacks like we are at CMR.... It was a big announcement for us.. Oh.. and drinks are going up a buck as well.

I'm hoping the "BIG" one refers to the availability of Mr. Pibb/Dr. Pepper in SLC!

The names are being changed from "Gate" to "Stand" to "Spot" to "Area" now.
 
You guys are ALL wrong. You see, removing the pillows to expedite on-time departures worked so well that we are now gonna remove seats. Think of the time you'd save while boarding if you didn't have to look for your seat assignment. Not to mention the weight savings. Crews will be provided milk boxes to sit on in the cockpit elimating the need to change seat cushions periodically. Additionally, captains will be provided an FAA approved Commadore 64 for weight and balance computations.
 
Big News on Friday

They have good news. Really good news. They recently saved alot of money by switching to Geico.
 
They're offering a $10,000 reward for anyone with information that leads to finding a departure coordinator.

Ship 823 new paint !

Yep.....823....Brand new paint...three days later / got snagged by lightning over RMG and blew most of the new paint clean OFF !
