ASA alt wx source BQK /SSI

an some of you ASA book smart people please explain to a dumb ASA pilot,what the hell is the company doing in our last revision taking SSI out. Last I looked we needed it in case we were unable to get this weather from BQK?

I would ask the company but that might take me an entire day to get any sense out of them

I cant remember what is says, but in the new Op Specs section C, it says what you can use for BQK.
