ALPA.org Login Changes Effective Monday, May 14!

What’s changing? The “I forgot my password” process is being updated. You’ll now need two security prompt questions to retrieve this information. Most ALPA members already have an established question. We have added a second default question based on each member’s date of birth.

Unless you are an ALPA volunteer or representative with an alpa.org email address, your username and password will remain the same (unless you opt to change the latter). Your password, however, is now case-sensitive so if you used upper or mixed case characters for your password, you will need to match that.**********ALPA Volunteers and representatives with alpa.org email addresses will now use their webmail password to log into the site and that password will by dynamically updated for webmail, SharePoint and the alpa.org site.

Why the change? ALPA is upgrading the security system used to authenticate users on the web.
