Junior award on the 50 (last week) was still the June 04 class. 4 of us left from that class to upgrade then it should be the July/August class on the next final.

20+ upgrades a month for the foreseeable future, if you were to get hired now then it will take you about 18-22 months to upgrade, just my opinion.

Took me 4 years 9 months. That was the first chance. Now it's less. Next class was 3 years. Shows you how fast things change.
