Of course, in typical media style, they bury the real story of the strides ASA has made in the last year between mentions of passenger disdain for past performance issues.

Still a decent article nonetheless...and you guys and gals at ASA deserve the praise you get. Keep it up over there...
 
All I saw was:

"Blah blah blah Atlanta hates ASA. ASA is the worst airline on the planet. My time is valuable! Delta has ASA by the short and curlys.

Oh and ASA has improved a bunch."

I didn't see a purpose to that article. It's a stupid story. It could of been any airline that they were talking about. And if Airtran goes belly up, those folks will have even less choices, SO GET USED TO IT!
 
If I remember the name correct, the first mate is from down under, maybe he gave them the title when they got his info.
