Armed pilot charged with intoxication

Correct me if I'm wrong... but the fact that he is an FFDO does not mean he had a weapon on him at the time. I only read one article about the incident which said merely that he was a member of the FFDO program. Not defending him in any way... just saying that he wasn't necesarrily drunk AND armed. Clearly bad choices were made though.
