Arizona Express

Can anyone tell me what happened to Arizona Express and why one of their B-1900's is sitting on the eagle ramp in San Juan PR, doing flying of some sort, but not for eagle/executive airlines.

As a former pilot for a caribbean carrier i would say it was about to start flying cargo.

Its doing charter work...not sure for who though. I also heard it was flying luggage around for Eagle.

Arizona Express-didn't they lose the EAS contract between PHX and Show Low?

I saw their 1900 for sale a few months back.
