their training is done in piper seminoles, thats why it costs more, and 34,000 is the bare minimum required by regs and no allowance for checkride failures

34,000 is also not an accurate quote, as it so states on their website.

That 100$ per hour is for a single correct? Perhaps you are right, but I have witnessed lots of guys w/ plenty of ttl time, just chomping at the bit for twin time. Single engine time is easy to pick up. Multi-time is much more difficult to scrape up. If you already have the mult box checked, you will get to a 121 job faster. That seems to be what the guy is looking for.
