Any of you DL guys could confirm this? I have heard that starting '08 each leg will be $5 and there will also be a per mile charge.

I have not seen this anywhere else. I am wondering if this is true.

Thanks!

News to me. The pilots would roll over and accept this, but the Flight Attendants would raise cane.

We pay $50 each July(?) for our pass benefits. If it were to happen, it wouldn't be until July 08.

Skywest is going to be charged at .01 cent per mile charge. I have not heard that about the DAL employees and would be shocked if it happened.

Can't happen (for the pilots anyway) until at least '09. Contract spells out the $50 charge and also says that if the company does something else we still only pay $50 for the family.

Buddy pass/yield fare rates are not contractual so maybe this is what you heard.

ASA benefits are changing. $5 per segment on mainline aircraft, along with $.01 per mile. No charge for travel on ASA flights.

No change for Delta on ASA flights though.

The $50 fee is charged each year on your anniversary date.
