It's a full service FBO with ops in Riyadh and Jeddah, not sure about flight ops...

Thanks I was kind of vague. My question is about the flight ops. I Know they do 3 months on 1 month off and I would be living in Riyadh. My biggest questions are if they pay on time, is the housing acceptable, and what the schedule is like in country? Any info would be appreciated.
