I was just checking my schedule on Flica and noticed a two day trip added on to my March schedule but it's on the 1st and 2nd of April. Must be a fluke but I printed it out anyway...it's way after the 28th of feb and before 12pm today. I know this sounds confusing but check your March schedule on Flica.

Call scheduling and ask what is up with that and tell them you want vlp for it.

Yup, when they take it away because those flights dont exist in the April schedule, claim the lost block if you're off or compare leg for leg if you do work those days. Free money!

I've had that happen before, had a 4 day trip that started on the last day of one month. The week before that trip ended, they took away 2 1/2 days worth of flying from me since the flights I was originally assigned didnt exist in the next month (the times and flight numbers were changed with the new month's schedule)

Very true, also he needs to make a copy of it to show that he had proof that it was there. They will lie, that it never happened.

Ya'll love the new paper bid package format? Took me some time but it's OK. Prefer the old way though.

If its a 2 day in April you can only claim the lost block if it is removed after the final schedules are out. Remember Flica isn't official (unless it suits the company!!)

Does it show up on your march schedule in Crewtrac?

I printed out the schedule on Flica but it does not show up on crew track...Should I bother calling scheduling or just see what happens after the April schedule is out?

If your looking at your March sch in Flica, then you are seeing part of your "Revised" sch for April. They have not assigned you the flying, it just happens that the "view" in Flica brings up part of it. Crew Sch has nothing to do with the April flying until approx. March 27th, when the final comes out.

This is why it doesn't show in CrewTrac. They flying is not apart of March. If it's removed prior to the April flying, you cannot claim it.

But it just showed up out of the blue somewhere between March 10th thru the 15th. I've never seen that happen before.

It showed up after they posted the April Revised Sch.

Don't worry. Look at it after March 23rd and if there was a conflict it will be corrected.

It showed up before the April bids were even due and possibly before the bid packets came out on the 12th!!!

I would not be concerned about it. If it is there when finals come out on the 27th, then claim it. It is probably just some computer error.

Probably just a mistake.. system glitch or something. You won't get paid for it if it's not on your final schedule. I really wouldn't worry too much about it.
