I am assuming that this is for a airline interview. What about for a small 135 operation? I have a interview coming up and I just don't think I would fit in very well wearing a suit. I just think everyone in the place would be uncomfortable seeing the guy in a suit walk in and everyone else who works for the company wears short sleeve polos and khaki's.

Should I still wear a suit? Or just nice pants, shirt and tie (and everything else).

Thanks

A person can NEVER go wrong with a maroon/red tie but I would assume that the most important point is to just look SHARP ie, shined shoes, clean and well pressed business suit, etc.
Heck, if the President can wear blue ties with a white shirt for his press interviews it can't be wrong.
