A Approach Briefing - use Jepp briefing strip and walk through vectors, etc and altitudes)
R Radios set up (top to bottom on the avionics panel, so usually MB down through navs and comms)
M verify missed approach procedure

Course Set/Final fix set (1st and foremost)

Go Over Plate for: MNM's 1. Minimums, 2. Notes (timing,PC lighting, etc.) 3. Missed approach direction
Altimeter setting
Radios set (MB test/set, Tower freq set, other (nav) radios set.
 
should also brief expected gear down point, and whether or not approach will be hand flown or autopilot flown and to what point.
