if yours doesn't, i think you need to send it back.

below the flight number there is a blank field where a drop down menu will open that contains all your stored n #'s (or the option to add 1)

Make sure you put PF or PNF Nit etc... or it will not sync right for your log book. Before you snyc go through it again and make sure your data is correct. If not and you sync you will have to delete the logbook entry and correct it on the pda then resync it.
Remember to ender the PF or PNF or if you are a Captain enter CA-PF/PNF/Day/Nit
Enjoy!

Not sure what to put in there if you are deadheading.

I do this: For deadheads, I create a dead-head pay catagory in the db. Eagle pays 1:2 for deadheads. Enter your pay rate and check the box. Enter the ratio and check the box; check the other boxes as appropriate.

Under the CA-PF-NPF (or FO-FP-NFP) catagories, you can pull down the menu to reveal "other." You can use that, so that the sync doesn't think your flying.

Does anyone know if APDL works on Treo 700P? (Verizon)

I've had an electronic logbook before but my phone kept resetting itself every now and then when I was using the logbook, and each time all my inputs were gone when the phone came back on...
