I am wondering if there is anyone here with a Planejobs.com membership that could do me a really big favor. I recently lost my seat flying pipeline patrol, because we got outbid by another company on the contract I was flying on. I have been looking for another seat, but so far, no luck. I'm getting down to the wire on my savings, and need to do something pretty soon. I was Emailed by a friend of mine who has a trial subscription, that a new posting was just put up looking for powerline patrol pilots in Oklahoma, but without paying $50.00 for a membership, I cant get the information. I tried the trial subscription, but it wont let you get info either, until you pay to join with a full membership. I dont do Paypal, and even if I did, $50 is a tad steep for me right now. I was wondering if anyone with a membership would be willing to help me out by getting me the contact info and particulars for that job listing. If there is anyone who would be willing to help a guy out, you can Email me or PM me with the info. I would owe a debt of gratitude to someone, that is for sure! Thanks in advance, I would really appreciate it.:)

Not to rain on your parade, but it won't work anyway. Most companies want the website to forward the resumes to them anyway, and if your email address isn't on the list they won't forward it.

not exactly

Most of the web sites put that on there so they will get publicity with the company receiveing the resume. The job could have come from anywhere and they feel like they will get some attention if people see how much response they get from their site. The company does not really care.

A friend of mine has a subscription and he lets me use his password to check out jobs. However, when I try to email my resume it will not let me because my email address is not the one saved in their system as a result of membership. Only when the companies advertise a fax number or an email address that isn't something like, [email protected] will you be able to send a resume.
