Well Husker, just trying to give you some info. You're the one asking around, and riding right seat biatch, is moochin'
Duderino, thanks for the compliment man. As for me, I just watch the board now. I haven't flown in a long time, and have been away from any "serious" flying to get a job. I guess you could say I'm one of the "forgotten ones". I had to take a job outside of flying to live, but it's good to see other guys who were able to hang on long enough to make it.
Kinda like pro sports...lots of guys have the talent and the drive, but not everyone can make the cut. I just happened to run out of time and money. Just a bad time to start a career as a pilot I guess.
Later guys, I'm gonna go rub one out...
...oh yeah, and those might not have been Martinaire's Convairs, but they belonged to someone down in Victoria.
Hey FAL (piece of sh!t rifle btw...if you're gonna spend money, buy an STG-58, or an M-14. I can tell your lack of weapons knowledge. Keep watching movies, ok?) I can already see where you're coming from...typical skydive monkey.
I'm not a Riddle kid, or a UND grad....sorry, but my daddy didn't buy my wings. And I spent a whole summer dropping meat, and logged enough time to know that skydivers are real POS. A smart pilot just keeps to himself out at a DZ, makes sure the DZO doesn't force him into busting any regs., and keeps his ticket intact until the season is over.
Thanks but no thanks on the job offer, and I gave my kneepads to your wife. She said she wanted to give me a b!owjob to help with my unemployment.
