Job Description: RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate corporate aircraft with professional competency and skill. Ensure compliance with company and governmental rules and regulations. The Captain will guarantee optimum safety, efficiency and quality of operations. Duties and Responsibilities:1. Conduct flight operations to the highest standards of safety. 2. Conduct standardized operations in compliance with procedures, regulations and policies contained in the Flight Operations Manual, Aircraft Standard Operating Manual, Federal Aviation Regulations and other applicable regulations and directives. 3. Ensure the accurate, neat and timely completion of flight, aircraft, engine and passenger records. 4. Supervise crew members in appropriate appearance, decorum and performance of duties. 5. Ensure compliance with crew flight, duty and rest period limitations in accordance with the company Flight Operations Manual. 6.When away from the appropriate Hawkaire base, coordinate with the Maintenance Department to effect the accomplishment of scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance. 7. Ensure that the loading and routine servicing of the aircraft is accomplished in accordance with company and government regulations. 8. Ensure appropriate cleanliness and appearance of the aircraft and that service items and provisions are available. 9. Instruct and guide a subordinate flight officer to maximize their performance and technique. 10. Maintain awareness of technical and regulatory changes pertinent to the operation. 11. Maintain certificate currency and qualifications required for assigned equipment. 12. Ensure appropriate aircraft manuals and equipment are current. 13. Ensure international and domestic arrivals and departures are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations. 15. Perform additional duties as directed by the Standardization Captain or Chief Pilot. REQUIREMENTS:
ATP license with AMEL endorsement; current First Class Medical; 3,000 hours total flight time, 1,500 multi-engine time and 500 hours jet time. Ability to pass initial drug screen and criminal history records check (necessary for airport security badging). Work schedule varies with the travel needs of the company.
