Any absence 3 days or greater .... Clinton's FMLA law requires the company to mail FMLA papers to you. Your choice to return them or not.
This might lead us to believe that an absence less than 3 days does not qualify for FMLA...WRONG!
Any absence of any duration (30 minutes?) might be covered by FMLA, but the employee has to request the paperwork from Todd Martin at the G/O.
Also....FMLA is not money....it's only purpose is to convert the absence to a non-absence.....excused absence.....non occurrence that cannot have ANY negative effect on your employment.
