UA's payscale (from my internal sources) is high 40's (training) until desk check then up to $56K for first year. There are talks that once IAH moves north, a new contract will be ironed out between the two groups due to pay differences. We'll see...

Nothing from CO, and that is with 2 internal management endorsements. I am disappointed to not hear from them.
I heard they are primarily hiring from within but who knows at this point.

I can confirm that CO is interviewing, supposedly since Apr 1 and continuing through next Thu. Issues with CO Micronesia have slowed the process, but that's wrapping up Friday (the deadline for Guammies to say whether they're moving to IAH or not). CO is still expecting to hire 11-14.

From what I hear those guys are getting royally screwed, at least in the short term. They have been getting paid the max pay based on the CO payscale, (all of them becoming dispatchers for Continental Micronesia in 1992), and now they have to go to the bottom of the pay scale, pending the results of an arbitration hearing that was held in February.

I heard offers went out last week...
