NWA and KLM. Started in 1990-91. Granted anti-trust immunity by the Dept of Justice in 1992. Contained a stock-swap at first, but NWA re-purchased the NWA shares KLM owned in 1998.
Pilot's contracts (both ALPA and VNV), contain requirement that the trans-Atlantic flying must be shared 50-50, but since the Air France-KLM merger, NWA has moved to about 57% of the flying.
