anyone know of a codeshare alliance between a large U.S. carrier and a foreign one?

I'm doing a school reasearch paper and i need to find a a codeshare alliance that occurred in the past between a large U.S. carrier and a smaller foreign carrier. Anyone know of an an airline like this? Can't seem to find any information about it please help.

NWA and KLM. Started in 1990-91. Granted anti-trust immunity by the Dept of Justice in 1992. Contained a stock-swap at first, but NWA re-purchased the NWA shares KLM owned in 1998.

Pilot's contracts (both ALPA and VNV), contain requirement that the trans-Atlantic flying must be shared 50-50, but since the Air France-KLM merger, NWA has moved to about 57% of the flying.
