I'm looking to move to the Seattle area...anyone heard of corporate or cargo jobs out of SeaTac or Boeing? I'm currently flying a BE-1900 and have 3600 hours, 1100 PIC turbine. Any help would be appreciated!

Probably not what you had in mind, but Ameriflight has a pretty big operation at BFI. Any Beaver float time? If so you might try Kenmore for the summer ops or until something better comes along.

I heard executive flight is hiring, not sure if for SEA, or EAT. Empires hiring FO's for the SEA runs, probably not what you're looking for, however.

Clay Lacy
Paul Allen

Costco
Ameriflight
Kenmore
NW Seaplanes
San Juan Airlines
Nordstrom's
Weyerhauser sp?

Some big, some small

I know TAG has a few contracts up there. Try getting ahold of someone with TAG and see if there are any openings.

They are looking for a staion manager at BFI

oh oh... sign me up!

There is also Mente, Bill Gates' flight department. There is also Steve Balmer's new flight department (I forget what the name of it is).

Both operate Global's.

Paul Allen, the owner of the Seahawks and Portland Trailblazers has several aircraft up there, including a Gulfstream. I think his hanger is next to the Ameiflight hangar.

Does anyone know is Southwest Airlines is still planning on flying out of BFI sometime in the future?

Well, I was going to post my own Seattle thread but it looks like somebody revived this old one, so I'll just piggyback. Looking to move home to the Pacific Northwest - the closer to Seattle, the better.

Any recent leads on Corporate departments who might be looking for a pilot now or in the forseeable future, or info on low-key departments (we all know who the big, high-profile companies are) would be great.

I talked to a few EF pilots I met while doing charter a few years ago. They all seemed happy with the job.
