Most people that get a full interview have attended the group interviews. They get a good chunk from there. I'd suggest hitting one of those if you're real interested. Either way, PM me with your info and I will contact HR for you.

You should have gotten called. Recheck your info online, make sure it's all correct. If so, then get someone to recomend you, go to a cattle-call, or with your time just call the recruiter and ask her for an interview.

You know what I meant. The point is that if Skywest is as desperate as people say then they would not be putting people in a pool. That's all.
