Just curious what rumors are floating around about Frontier's hiring plans.

They are hiring but slowed recently. All applicants that have been interviewed and hired have jet time. If you don't have jet time the chances are slim for interview. This is from an inside source.

Thanx for the info. I hadn't heard the deal about the jet time. I had a senior B737 FO walk my paperwork in, but it seems to take an act of congress to get the interview!

I am in the same boat. I have had a senior Captain walk mine in and I believe mine has passed the House. I guess I have to wait until it passes in the Senate for me to get an interview. Or perhaps the White House.

There was an article written on them in the Denver newspaper a few sunday's ago that said the company was doomed to fail. It was a 5 or 6 page article. I hope they are wrong!

just heard

Just heard through a friend of mine at F9. He says a recent crew info letter stated that there would be no hiring for the remainder of the year. This is of course if they do not lose candidates or current pilots. Sorry buddy. I still hope we can all be there soon.
