Anyone else at ASA NOT get their moving packet?

I didn't know they had been sent out yet until I talked to a guy who got his about a month ago.

Got mine a month ago. It wasn't much info. Only a couple sheets of paper. You will get all your info from the relocation company.

Never been on the ALPA board, but I'll give it a shot.

How on earth are you keeping up on negotiations? Please don't tell me you are going to the company webpage. This is part of the problem...GUYS NEED TO GET INVOLVED. You can't bitch if you don't get involved...and we all know how we like to bitch! :D

Oops, sorry. Disregard. FWIW, call Christine Washington at the g.o. She answered the phone (gasp!) on the first try. She is in charge of the whole shebang. Good luck.

Got my money, but when are we getting our moving days??
Good question. No one seems to know the answer, not even the above-mentioned CW. Latest rumor from the Redcoats and others in the Satellite gatehouse (via their supervisor) is Jan 15th for all but a few people.

I've been hearing that we can pretty much take our moving days whenever we want come January. I think that's why they didn't forcibly displace people from DFW yet, save for the 20 or so people that volunteered to switch to ATL early (which I'm not sure is contractually legal anyway).

I have a feeling that the January lines in DFW will suck hardcore and a ton of people will be on reserve to cover those who want moving days. But then again I don't really know any more than the next guy in the crew room does.

Sure wish the company would give us some concrete information though. I just hate that nobody has any idea what on earth is going to happen, or if they do, they try and give you the vaguest possible answer.
