Wondering if its something worth spending the 18 bucks on. I know its not NBAA, but is it any good? Any info is appreciated.
 
How accurate is the Pro Pilot Salary Survey? My employer uses the Conklin and DeDecker. Is that one considered accurate? Is the NBAA the 'Gold standard' for salary surveys?

If your boss uses Conklin and DeDecker at least he using something and paying you what he "thinks" you should make.

I would go with it as a fair compensation guide.
