Having a union accident committee helps keep the feds straight. They have a tendency to veer off centerline toward blaming the pilots if you don't watch them...TC
 
You mean the FAA isn't there to help us?
 
I have heard of a few of the non-union fractional pilots who, after being abruptly fired due to airplane mishaps, would have loved to have had union representation.
