Kim in HR is extremely busy!!!! I had my resume walked in and it still took her a month to call me back to set up the interview. Or email, I forget how she does it. I do know there are stacks and stacks of resume's on her desk and she runs 100mph.
The interview overall was a pleasant experience. It was my second. First one was with American Eagle and I found that to be an uptight uncomfortable place to be. Everyone Pinnacle walks in, smiles and all the Pilots there seem to love it and have a great time with the candidates, however don't get too laxed. I found the ATP to be pretty difficult. Everyone in my group got a 90% or better though. Alot of questions from the Instrument and Commecial Gleim books as well. Nothing too difficult. My interview was with a Pilot and HR guy. It was pleasant. Know your Jepps, F.A.R's and a few scenario questions. Overall I was totally impressed with Pinnacle by the end of the day. Just keep trying to call Kim to catch her at her desk. She said email was the best way to get her attention though, but I guess she gets 100's of them a day.
