I interviewed with Pinnacle a month ago now and I have not recieved a nasty gram or a phone call. Just wondering if anybody that has interviewed with Pinnacle has recieved their call yet. And if they did how long after their interview.

We just lost half our H.R. staff last month - JW, SG, and others left for bigger and better things, leaving us short a lot of HR people so they may just be bogged down...

That said, usually a lack of a response is better than a nasty-gram; it usually denotes that you passd the interview but they don't have a class date for you yet... Why they don't call back and say you passed and are awaiting a date is anyone's best guess, but... that's our corporate culture - mushroom philosophy.

If you want, call corporate at 901-348-4100 and ask for H.R., then just tell them you had a great time interviewing but haven't heard the status and are anxious to know when you can come to work... they'll probably tell you yea/nay but if it's nay they more than likely won't say why.

Good luck...

You mean someone actually answers their phone down in Memphis!!

It takes them forever to get back to you. Even when SG was there it took a while. I had just about given up and finally got the call. I think it took a little over a month. As long as you dont get the nasty gram in the mail you should be OK. I believe we have three more classes scheduled up till Sep. There will be more sheduled I am sure.

Hey Buckwheat. I was in your interview group. I was told at the end of the interview i would be getting a phone call. So two weeks passed and no phone call so I started calling hr 3 times a day for two days and finally she answered and told me she was just way behind and class would not be til august. Well she called a few days later and offered me a slot the next monday so in this case bugging them paid off. So just show interest and good things can happen

Once upon a time.. Ok when I was interviewed a few years ago.. the same thing happened as flagshipper stated... Although I did not wait 2 weeks.. I started a few days after the interview.. it is true at Pinnacle.. the SQUEAKY wheel does get the attention...

Ironically in my case, I also got a nasty gram 4 days AFTER starting class... At that time they where assigning interviews 4-5 months in advance and class dates was 2-3 months down the road.

In recurrent last week I heard all classes are full through mid September. They normally don't call until 3-4 before a class UNLESS you ask or tell them specifically you want to be on the "short" list.. then it can be 3-7 days notice.

I would agree to stay on top of them.. the hiring spree at Pinnacle should be slowing down soon and the call can be the difference between a hard line and reserve...
