Anybody Hear from Great Plains

I heard that they had interviews a couple of weeks ago......was interested to know if .....and when the next class will be?..and how many guys would be in it.
Us furloughed guy's out hear are not in the information loop........
Any info would be great help.

Well they apparently sent out letters to the folks that they hired. They are being put in a pool. There is still around seven or so guys on furlough and they have not contacted any of them for recall. The story this week is that they now have the money but cannot get delivery of a/c. Last week it was no money but a/c were available. They have been saying that they will get new a/c since last summer. Might eventually turn out ok but there dosent appear to be a real good game plan over there. If your in the "pool" I would be prepared to be in there for a while. Don't pass up any opportunity to fly waiting for GP to get there act together.

Well I guess that contrary to the way "Normal" Airlines operate
furloughed guys don't get recalled.........And if you get a letter in the mail......it's not a "Dear John" thanks but no thanks, But an invitation to the party.......
What a way to run an Airline..............
