Any vintage VW owners out there?

Anyone with a VW remember an ad in VW Trends of Hot VWs for the VW BUS PILOTS ASSOCIATION? If so, let me know any info or if there are any VW clubs with a bunch of us dumb pilots involved!

Thanks
Ed

I drive a 57 Beetle, 36 hp daily driver.

Just got rid of a 59 double door panelvan, and have had several other vintage VW's.

Doing 62 MPH on the interstate, you either get a thumbs up, or a middle finger up.

There just jealous.

Former 72 Transporter II owner. I don't even have the shop manual for it any more.

Not the flashiest ride, but my girlfriend really liked it.

Just sort of getting into the VW bus area. Doesn't run, but it'll go into the shop as soon as my current project is done (1949 White WB-20, 26,000 lbs GVW, 3-5 more years).

Just built a brand spanking new shop just for all these toys. 1800 square feet on top of the OTHER shop, filled with a 53 and a 62 Dodge Power Wagon.

Love older vehicles!
