Sounds like an excerpt from "confessions of a Union Buster". Great book if you haven't read it. Union Busting 101. They have followed the handbook play by play. No imagination over there on the management "team".

I'm proud of my Spirit Union brother's and Sisters! You are setting the the bar high for the rest of us!

I like how they blended the payscales down to the 319 and acted like there is no 320 or 321.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain.

Can a spirit pilot pm me if there are pickets lined up at LGA on Monday or Tues? I looked at the ALPA site and it's showing the schedule from Saturday. Thanks

Mike Donatelli (SPSC Chair) said they're not picketing in LGA right now. They're concentrating on ACY. I have 24 hours off in EWR this week and would love to go walk the lines. He gave me some contact info. I'm going to try to get ahold of the guy and get down to ACY.

Keep it up Spirit pilots! No pressure, but thousands of pilot's quality of life will improve over time with a good contract. Don't let management break you!
